Special Recognition

WRPS has achieved Merit Status under the Department of Energy’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) and has set a goal to achieve STAR recognition. A recent VPP evaluation recognized that WRPS has maintained very low injury and accident rates that are 80 percent better than similar industries and acknowledge successful steps to further improve worker safety.
